Exchanges & Returns

Thanks for shopping at Dolab Clothing. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the products we build. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Dolab Clothing. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Dolab Clothing, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Dolab Clothing’s Privacy Policy.

 

Is there a charge for requesting an Exchange or Return?

If something is faulty, incorrectly described or different from the sample shown we will provide an exchange or refund provided the item is returned within a reasonable time, Change of mind includes purchases you have made in error e.g. accidentally ordered the wrong size or color will cost you the return or exchange fees.

 

How long do I have to make an Exchange or Return?

All returns or exchange must be within 1 week from receiving the order. Dolab reserves the right to reject returns sent or communicated beyond the return period limit, or items, which are not in the same condition in which they were received.

 

How can I make an Exchange or Return?

Just send us a request through Facebook page, What’s App, Instagram, Website or Call us and we will send a courier to collect your return from the address you select.

 

Once I have Exchanged an item, can I Return the new item?

Yes. You can return it within 1 week.

 

Can I Exchange or Return any item?

Yes, as long as it is in perfect condition and has all its labels on it. Keep the following exceptions in mind:

  • Accessories: must be returned in their full original packaging.

 

    When will I receive the refund for my return?

    You will receive the refund through your Bank Account or Vodafone Cash only within 10 to 12 working days.
